Governance

Nechfate is an association governed by the French law of 1901. The Board is elected by the Board of Directors from among qualified individuals. The association is run by a Board of Directors, elected for two years by the general assembly. The Board of Directors elects from among its members, by secret ballot, a board. The board of directors meets at least once every six months, on the call of the president, or at the request of a quarter of its members. Board meetings may be more frequent.

The ordinary general assembly includes all members of the association in whatever capacity they hold. It meets each year in September. It allows all members to discuss the direction of the association's activities.

The functions of director, board member, and qualified individuals are unpaid.
